Nathan Hale Terrace

Nathan Hale Terrace (West Avenue), is a federally subsidized family housing development with 1, 2, 3, and 4 bedroom units.  Heat, hot water and gas for cooking are included in the rental amount.  The family is responsible for electricity.  A stove and refrigerator are supplied with the unit.  Weekly curbside trash removal is provided.  The rental amount is 30% of the income of the household.  The lease agreement is month to month and may be terminated with a 15 day written notice.  The security deposit is equal to the greater of $100.00 or one months' rent.
